How to easily complete visitor registration for No-Chinese mainland visitors in a few steps?
The exhibition implements the “real-name booking system”, after the completion of the audience registration, considerable exhibition.

If you have been living abroad for years and do not have a mobile phone number in mainland China, please refer to the following steps to complete audience registration.
Step 1: Visitor login (Sign up/Sign in)
(1)Scan QR code. Scan the QR code to identify the following image and redirect to the visitor login page of the H5 page of the International Railway and Urban Rail Exhibition.
(2)Click “Pre–registration“. Select [Visit Registration].
(3)Log in with email. Enter the [email address] and click on [Send Verification Code] to obtain the verification code in the email and log in.
Step 2: Fill in and submit information.
(4) Fill in your information and complete questionnaire.
Fill out the necessary information in the visitor registration form and complete the submission.
*The exhibition implements a real name appointment visit system, please be sure to fill in real information to avoid affecting your entry. If the name does not match the ID card, it cannot be submitted.
Step 3: Sign Up Successfully
(5) If the “Get the QR code” page displays “Registration successful” and “Visitor Pass” (it is recommended to save screenshots), it indicates successful registration.
*The QR code of the visitor pass is only displayed on the mobile phone. If registration is completed on the computer, there is no QR code. If this situation occurs, there is no need to worry. You can use the pre-registered email number at the exhibition site and log in to the official website on your phone to display it normally.
Entry reminder
The exhibition implements the [real name appointment visit system], and the pre-registration real name verification system only supports ID number.
1.Visitors holding an ID card can use the QR code of their visitor pass to go to the pre-registeredaudience channel on site to exchange for a badge and swipe their ID card to enter the venue.
2.Foreign or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors can exchange their badges at the “Overseas Visitor Channel” on site with the QR code of their visitor pass. They can present their passport or original Hong Kong and Macao Residents Travel Permit or Taiwan Residents Travel Permit for real name authentication to ensure that they can enter the venue after the combination of their ID and personal identification.
QR code viewing location:
1.Go to the official “International Railway and Urban Rail Exhibition” mini program or H5 website homepage, click on “Entry Code”, and view the QR code of the audience pass.
2.After you complete the registration, you will receive the QR code of the audience pass and a confirmation message (if you log in through email, it will be a confirmation email). You can click on the link in the confirmation message/email to log in and view the QR code of the audience pass.
