A high-speed train passes under a bridge in Shanghai on Tuesday. Co-built by Shanghai Chengtou Highway Investment (Group) Co Ltd, Shanghai Donghua Local Railway Development Co Ltd and China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corp Ltd, the bridge is part of the Caobao Road expressway in Shanghai. A major milestone of the project was reported as builders said on Tuesday they have finished rotating an asymmetric T-shaped beam above seven key rails and managed to settle it on schedule, laying a solid foundation for earlier operation of the urban highway.
